Two options for training are available:

  • Live and interactive online sessions conducted by the originator of the course himself (Please see the Training page on bwrt.org for more information about online training offerings)
  • Classroom-based workshop classes conducted by carefully selected trainers, all of whom have demonstrated their ability to deliver the material at a professional level (Classes available in the United States are listed below.  Please see the Other trainers page on bwrt.org for training available in other countries.)

Training is thorough and provides a rapid method to work with, among many other issues:

  • PHOBIC RESPONSE PATTERNS
  • HABITS
  • EATING DISORDERS
  • DEPRESSION
  • ANGER
  • GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER (G.A.D.)
  • FEARS
  • PTSD
  • OCD
  • GRIEF

Of the huge number of options available these days, BWRT® stands out as one of the most private and efficient methods for working with all manner of problems.

Click here to access BWRT®:  Professional Guide created by Terence Watts, which provides more detail around its creation and guiding principles.

BWRT® is not like anything else you might have studied. It’s not a ‘rehash’ of NLP, EFT, TFT, WSN, SD, EMDR, Hypnosis, Reiki, Meridian/Energy therapies, Noesiology, Chinosis or any other style of therapy you might have encountered.  BWRT® is unique.  It's inspired by the research of Virtual Nobel prize winner, Benjamin Libet. In 1983, Libet proved we start taking action before we're aware of the action we're taking...which is precisely why we all encounter so many “Why on earth did I do/say that?” or “Why do I have to feel like this?” moments.

BWRT® works in the earliest part of the psyche, the Reptilian Brain, which you can read about in this article.

Pros and Cons of each training option:

Please note:  BWRT® training assumes that you already have a sound knowledge of working with people and their problems and are currently in practice. The course is designed for the professional 'mind worker' (using any of the accepted methodologies including NLP), professional therapist, psychotherapist, psychologist, counselor or medical practitioner currently in practice. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment if we deem it necessary to do so for whatever reason.
